Unlike other training providers, with us you don't have to wait for an administrator to set your course up during office hours, if you pay online.
Our smart software will take you straight to the course you've enrolled in as soon as your card payment goes through.
If you're paying via invoice, purchasing multiple courses online or purchasing a course on behalf of someone else (via https://www.ecostarshop.com) our smart software will send you an invoice or process your payment straight away.
Once that's completed, we log your access codes with our Help Desk immediately, who will contact you and be there to help your employees access their courses every step of the way.
