Included in our annual subscriptions is the provision of advice. We state in all of our quotes that this is subject to 'fair use'.
We have recently seen a large increase in advice questions. When we look at the root issue behind most of these advice questions, it is usually insufficient training.
Whilst we are very happy to provide advice, we are not a substitute for persons receiving the legally required training in order to pack, consign and handle dangerous goods.
Our definition of 'fair use' of our advice service is for our help desk to provide answers for up to 3 advice questions per working day, per client (in relation to their goods or organisation).
