A VPN (virtual private network) is used by many companies to provide remote IT services.
Whilst our courses do typically work over a VPN, it can cause issues, especially if multiple users are logging in to separate accounts over the same private network.
We recommend that you do not access our courses through a VPN. Our course software uses encryption to keep your details safe.
If you have no choice but to use a VPN, please contact our help desk (helpdesk@ecostarenvironmental.co.uk) and our technical team will advise you the steps to take in order to ensure everything runs smoothly.
