Who is responsible for writing your courses and how do you keep them updated?

We're a team of dangerous goods and chemical hazard consultants, with over 40 years of combined experience working with dangerous goods.

Members of our team are all qualified DGSAs (Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers) and also include a former Seafarer, an Auditor and CAA Dangerous Goods Instructor and a former Transport Manager.

We all work with dangerous goods every day and keep up to date with the latest changes in the regulations by following the UN meetings, studying the Department for Transport calls for information and meeting reports, and attending regular industry events. We're all members of the British Association of Dangerous Goods Professionals (BADGP).

We rigorously test all of our courses prior to release, especially the interactive elements, to ensure that all of the correct outcomes are achieved and the course objectives are met.

We always welcome your feedback! Recent feedback has led to us adding additional example videos to our ADR Driver Awareness course and adding further interactive videos to our Limited Quantities and Lithium Battery courses.

We study all of your feedback in detail and analyse our course data to ensure that we're meeting your needs and fulfilling our course objectives.
